”For these prints I wanted to create a series of works that all related together as a visual aesthetic concept, all works being part of the same story in four chapters, yet with an individual visual narrative in each work. By using the silk screen as production technique for the prints, I however got the chance to experiment and translate my visual universe into a more simplified and poetic graphic aesthetic.

Combining the dark, atmospheric silhouettes as a figurative element with the gradient colors in the skies, I wanted to create a visual and tactile experience where the motive of the artwork and the physical material of the print, together creates a dialogue between the tactile visual expression.”
